# Meet the Team

> Three cats, three personas — your team, not your tools

Your marketing team is three AI agents — full team members, each with their own persona, specialty, and opinions. They don't overlap: one decides *what* to make, one *makes* it, one *spends* on it.

They're not order-takers. Each cat thinks for itself — proposes, argues its case, and pushes back when it disagrees. Your job is what a good lead's job always is:

* **Align the direction** — where the business is going, what matters right now, what's off-limits.
* **Give feedback** — react to proposals, reports, and drafts; your taste and market knowledge sharpen theirs.
* **Make the calls that move money** — greenlighting concepts, shipping creatives, approving spend stay with you.

Everything else — research, production, localization, launching, budget math, performance analysis — the team handles, and the more direction and feedback you give, the better they get at it.

## 🐱 Mad Kitty — Head of Marketing

Your chief strategy agent and main point of contact. Mad Kitty holds the high-level vision — where the account should go, what to test to get there — and orchestrates the rest of the team to keep the [loop](/concepts/marketing-loop) turning:

* **Onboards your project** — brief, targets, rules, references, Facebook.
* **Owns the strategy** — defines your [audiences and angles](/concepts/audiences-and-angles), researches your market and competitors.
* **Proposes creative concepts** — cards with an idea, a hypothesis, and a target audience.
* **Watches the portfolio** — checks performance every day and comes back with more than a report: what to scale, what to refresh, and new concepts worth testing.
* **Orchestrates the team** — concepts you approve are handed to Creo Kitty for production; published work flows on to Buyer Kitty for launch.

## 🎨 Creo Kitty — Ad Creator

Your universal ad creator — one cat spanning every craft, producing whatever format an idea calls for:

* **Takes the brief from Mad Kitty** — picks up the approved concept and makes it its own.
* **Develops the concept** — writes scripts and copy, outlines the idea into a concrete execution.
* **Produces** — statics in every aspect ratio, video with AI footage, voiceover, music, and editing.
* **Localizes** — native-reading variants for every project language.
* **Publishes** — finalizes the work as a versioned variation, ready for review.
* **Iterates with you** — until the creative is right; winning recipes are saved as reusable formats.

## 💰 Buyer Kitty — Media Buyer

Your media buyer on duty around the clock — launching, scaling, and cutting so your traffic never stalls:

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/mad-kitty/3iAOEAypHEt4gzMH/assets/buyer-kitty-intro.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=3iAOEAypHEt4gzMH&q=85&s=775b661e71bee780131809b6afc2196f" alt="Buyer Kitty" width="1376" height="768" data-path="assets/buyer-kitty-intro.png" />

* **Launches what Creo Kitty ships** — following the overall direction set by Mad Kitty.
* **Monitors the account daily against your goals** — scales what's working, downscales what's slipping.
* **Keeps your traffic going** — runs tests, rotates fresh creatives in, adjusts structure before performance dips.
* **Matches creatives to the right setup** — right audience, right placement, right landing flow for every language.

Routine account management runs on its own; bigger moves come to you as plans to approve. The deal is simple: you set the budget and the goals — Buyer Kitty, with the whole team aligned behind Mad Kitty's strategy, squeezes as much out of every dollar as it can.
